How much does a website cost?
Every project is scoped individually based on what you actually need — number of pages, complexity, and functionality. We provide a flat-rate proposal before any work begins so you know the full cost upfront. We're competitive with the market and significantly less expensive than a traditional agency.
How long does a website project take?
Most new website builds go from first call to launch in 4–6 weeks. Redesigns typically run 3–5 weeks. Timeline depends on the scope of the project and how quickly we can get content and feedback from you — the faster that moves, the faster we do.
Do you work with businesses outside of Wisconsin?
Yes — we work with clients across the country. Everything runs smoothly via email, video calls, and shared docs. Being remote hasn't been a barrier for any of our clients, and most of our communication is async anyway so timezone differences rarely matter.
What platform do you build on?
We build primarily on WordPress, which gives you a powerful, flexible site that you can manage yourself if you choose to. It's the most widely used CMS in the world, well-supported, and easy to hand off. If you have a specific platform in mind, mention it when you reach out and we'll let you know if it's something we can work with.
What do you need from me to get started?
Not much to start. A conversation about your goals, a sense of what you like and don't like, and whatever content you already have — logos, photos, copy. We help fill in the gaps and guide you through the rest. You don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out.
Do you offer payment plans?
For project work, we typically do 50% to start and 50% at launch. If you need something different, just ask — we're flexible and would rather find a structure that works than lose a great client over payment timing.
What happens after my site launches?
That's up to you. Some clients take over and manage their own site — we make sure they know how. Others move to an ongoing support plan so we stay involved. And most clients at minimum stay on our managed hosting so the technical side stays handled. We don't disappear after launch day either way.
Can you help with SEO?
Every site we build includes a solid SEO foundation — clean code structure, proper headings, meta data, page speed optimization, and local SEO setup where relevant. We don't offer ongoing SEO campaigns, but we make sure your site gives search engines everything they need to find and rank you correctly from day one.
